Curve Semiconductors Launches Next-Generation Power Devices

At the time, Curve was expanding its power semiconductor offering around MOSFET technologies for automotive, industrial and power-conversion applications, with emphasis on efficiency, thermal performance and compact system design.
Earlier product focus
The company’s development activities included:
- Low- and medium-voltage MOSFET solutions
- Trench-gate device technologies
- Power-device applications in industrial and mobility systems
- Higher-efficiency power-conversion designs
This period formed part of Curve’s broader development toward a more application-driven power semiconductor portfolio.
Current direction
