How we use personal data
We may use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries and communicate with customers, suppliers and partners;

- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website and services;
- maintain appropriate business and compliance records;

We will use personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances and for which we have notified you, obtained consent, or are otherwise permitted by law.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose personal data to service providers that process information on our behalf to operate the website and respond to enquiries. In particular:
- our contact form uses Formspree to receive and deliver form submissions; and
- our chatbot uses Dify to process chatbot interactions. Depending on its configuration, chatbot content may also be processed by AI-model or infrastructure providers supporting the service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Overseas processing
Formspree, Dify and their service providers may process or store personal data outside Singapore, including in the United States and other jurisdictions in which they or their providers operate. Where the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas transfers are made in accordance with applicable requirements and that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Act.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and embedded third-party services may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary to deliver features, remember settings, protect services and understand technical usage. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although some website or chatbot functions may not operate correctly as a result.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to enquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal or regulatory requirements. We then delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining it when it is no longer required for a business or legal purpose. Our service providers may apply their own documented retention periods.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data in our possession or control. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may ask to access personal data in our possession or control, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, or withdraw consent for future collection, use or disclosure. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide a requested service or respond to an enquiry.
To make a request or complaint, email jlam@curvesemi.com. We may need to verify your identity and obtain enough information to process the request.
Third-party websites
Our website may link to third-party websites that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
