Curve Adds SineSemi 120V SGT MOSFET to Regional Product Coverage
Curve is supporting regional evaluation of SineSemi’s SMT12T01AHTL, a 120V N-channel SGT MOSFET in a compact TOLL package for high-current power designs.
Curve Semiconductors is expanding its regional product coverage to include SineSemi’s SMT12T01AHTL, a 120V N-channel SGT MOSFET in a TOLL package.
The device is designed by and manufactured within SineSemi’s product portfolio. Curve’s role is to help customers in its served markets assess product fit, discuss application requirements and coordinate product enquiries. This update does not imply that Curve developed the device or holds exclusive distribution rights.
Product highlights
According to SineSemi’s published product information, the SMT12T01AHTL combines:
- 120V N-channel SGT MOSFET technology
