Curve Participates in SSIA Semiconductor Mission to Vietnam

Curve Semiconductors joined an SSIA semiconductor mission to Vietnam, engaging universities, industry organizations and ecosystem partners across Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Curve Semiconductors participated in a Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) mission to Vietnam, engaging with universities, industry organizations and semiconductor ecosystem participants across the country.

The mission provided an opportunity to better understand Vietnam’s fast-developing semiconductor landscape and to explore practical areas where Curve can contribute through power semiconductor products, customer engagement and regional collaboration.

Ecosystem engagement

During the visit, Curve engaged with universities, technology organizations and companies involved in areas such as electronics design, semiconductor development, advanced packaging, manufacturing and commercialization.

The discussions reinforced a key observation: Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem is developing rapidly, with increasing activity spanning talent development, R&D, fabrication, packaging and industrial adoption.

From technology to applications

For Curve, the opportunity is not limited to supplying individual components. The company is also interested in connecting semiconductor technology with local application development, particularly in areas such as:

  • Power electronics
  • LED lighting and consumer appliances
  • Industrial and mobility applications
  • Semiconductor education and technical collaboration
  • Regional supply-chain development

The mission also supported Curve’s broader effort to build closer relationships with Vietnamese customers and technical institutions.

Building a long-term presence

Following the mission, Curve continues to develop business and ecosystem relationships in Vietnam through its Hanoi business development presence.

Curve sees Vietnam as an increasingly important part of the regional semiconductor landscape and intends to continue exploring opportunities where its technology, market access and regional network can add practical value.
